Projects
Each project has its own board, collection of stories, and performance metrics. The project limit per account is for the total number of active projects, but you can have as many archived projects as you like.
Collaborators
A collaborator is someone other than you that works on one or more of your projects. If the same person works on more than one project, they still only count as one collaborator.
File storage
Zen lets you securely attach files to stories to share them with your collaborators. This limit is the total amount of storage space you can use across all of your projects.
Email notifications
When things happen in your projects, Zen can send you emails to keep you informed.
IM notifications
Zen can also send notifications of project updates via AIM, Google Talk, Jabber/XMPP, Windows Live Messenger, and ICQ.
SSL encryption Powerful 128-bit SSL encryption to keep your project information secure. Don't worry, things like your credit card number, login, and password are always encrypted, even if your account doesn't support it.
